Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Onalaska Water and Gas Supply consists of five volunteer members who reside within the area served by the company. One or two board members are elected to three year terms at each annual membership meeting. Board members serve as a community service and receive no compensation for their work.

The job of the board is to hire and oversee the general manager, determine policies and regulations for the company, and approve the operating and capital budgets. In addition to regular executive and work sessions, the board meets each month to discuss and act on water and gas company business.

Monthly board of director meetings are held at the water company office on the third Tuesday of each month at 4:00 PM. Onalaska Water and Gas customers are always welcome to attend these meetings.
